13,000 errors are Printhead thermal control fault codes.

13,004.43 Indicates the left side heater is not heating at all, or is heating too slowly.

Make sure the printer is not located near direct air conditioning outlets.

Turn the printer off. Wait until there are no more noises coming from the printer; in some cases this may take several minutes. Remove the power cord for at least 30 seconds.

Plug the power cord back in and then turn the printer on.

If you have tried all the listed solutions for this problem and the problem persists, then service is required.
