Correct order to tag a client switch from on the server switch

Find a computer that uses the Client Switch and ping it

In telnet to the client switch:
Create new VLAN and set it active
Mark all the ports you wish as part of that VLAN
Set all the PVIDs to that VLAN for the same ports
Set management VLAN as the new VLAN, if you wish
Unset all the selected ports from VLAN 1 but leave it active
Tag the port back to the server (you will lose contact via telnet)

In the GUI to the server Switch:
Tag the server Switch
Accelar 1000s will put you in VLAN 1 you then need to move back to your new VLAN

Find the same computer as before and ping it

I do not beleive you can do all the steps from the client switch end.
