Forwarding Notes Email

To forward email from your notes client, one can create an agent.
1. Go to Create -> Agent.
2. You can name it any thing you are comfortable with.
3. Select it to run "When new mail has arrived"
4. Select Simple Action, click on Add Action and select Send Mail message.
5. Address it to the forward address.
6. Enter a subject or select more and set via formula, the subject equal to the subject or sender or any other part or combination of parts of the original message. (limited to 256 characters, I think)
7. (Optional) write a brief message tolet you know that it's aforwarded email.
8. "Select Include copy of Document"
9. Save the agent and turn it on when needed.

You'll have to make sure that you have the rights to run agents on the server.

This will keep the email on the server. To get rid of the email, add another Simple action, delete from database. Although I personally prefer to use Move to folder and select a specially created folder so that I can review messages.
