Building the ASPNET Database via a sql script

There have been situations where I have wanted to setup the aspnet db but have been unable to run the exe that builds it on the local system. Running this script from Management Studio will allow you to build the db without having access to running exe's on a webserver.

The script is 248k so it is available for download from my website at
