Access to path denied on Windows Server 2003

I kept getting this error when was trying to write to an XML file. I finally found the answer and thought I'd share it to maybe help others.

You normally would give the ASPNET account write access to the file by right-clicking it in Windows Explorer, but in Windows Server 2003 it's the NETWORK SERVICE account that you need to grant rights to.
