How can I put a constant value in a destination EDI/EDIFACT qualifier element?

In the biztalk mapper, the bottom left side of the screen, contains 4 tabs. Click the "values" tab. The upper right side of the screen contains the destination document schema. Click the qualifer element in the destination document schema that needs to have a constant value. There is a "destination constant values" field on the lower right side of the screen where you can enter the constant value you need for this element.
