Problem: ePO not working since admin password change

Problem: "ePO not working since security lockdown"

Solution:
1. Navigate to "D:\Program Files\Network Associates\ePO\3\CfgNaiMs.Exe" on "ePO servername". (Assuming ePO is installed on "D". If not, change drive letter accordingly.)

2. Double click the "CfgNaiMs.Exe" application. This opens the "McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator Server Configuration ("ePO servername")" window.

3. Click on the "Administrator" tab.

4. Change the password to the new domain name/administrator password.

5. Make sure that the "Use Windows NT authentication" button is selected.

6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 on the "Reviewer" tab.

7. Click "Apply" and Close.

8. Go to the system services. (Right click "My Computer" and select "Manage". Go to "Services and Applications\Services")

9. On the right side of the screen is a list of all services running on the machine. Click the top of the "Log On As" column to alphabetically sort according to this category. Look for services accessed by the "domain name/Administrator" account. The items to start are "McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 3.0 Event Parser" and the "McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 3.0 Server". (NOTE: version name will vary according to your environment.)
Right click on each of these and select "Start".

10. Close the Management Console.

That should do it.
