If on the other hand it comes up AFTER you have installed SK98 on Windows 2000 the reason is, that you have installed it as administrator and then set up other users and tried to access it from their account and not given them the same rights.
You should be able to access it normally from the Administrators account.
Anyone with MORE experience than me in this scenario, please send me an email (i.e.Comment on this FAQ) and I will give them the credit.
Otherwise write a Faq and I will redirect from here as it seems impossible to delete a Faq once it has been written...
