Why can't I see all events after reading them in Sidekick 98?

This may occur because Sidekick 98 includes time zone functionality but Sidekick 2.0 does not. Sidekick 98 displays only those events in the part of the year in daylight saving time.

To overcome this, it is necessary to set Sidekick 98 to a time zone which does not observe daylight saving time, BEFORE opening the Sidekick 2.0 calendar files.

If this time zone is not the correct time zone for your location, then, although the events will be at the right times in Sidekick 98, Sidekick 98's clock will be at the wrong time. This means that the alarm functions should not then be relied on.
