FOR OPERATORS CONSOLES AND CALL ORIGIN GROUPS

TRDIP; This command will print out any existing traffic measurement on your system.

TROPI:DIR=XXXX,TIMEI=XX-XX,TIMEE=XX-XX,DATE=XXXX-XX-XX;
TROPI:CORG=ALL,TIMEI=XX-XX,TIMEE=XX-XX,DATE=XXXX-XX-XX;


This command will initiate traffic recording to a specific console and for in coming call origin calls . When you have
imputed this command you will receive a MENO number. This Number represents the traffic recording File number and will be
required when you need to print out the results. This number will appear on the system now (Input TRDIP; again and you will
see it)

ROU=X, Being the ROUTE that you wish to record the measurement going over.
TIME=XX-XX, Time will be in 24hr format
DATE=XXXX-XX-XX; Date format is YYYY-MM-DD. E.g. 2000-11-24. IF you require a date period of more than one day input the
format as DATE=XXXX-XX-XX&&XXXX-XX-XX;

Please note times can not be set backwards, they can only be set in the future (e.g you cannot start recording for a date
and time that is present/past,THEREFORE IF YOU ARE SETTING UP A RECORDING TODAY YOU MUST SET THE START DATE (TIMEI) AS
TOMORROW)

TRREP:MENO=X,PERIOD=X,(DATE=XXXX-XX-XX),(TIMEI=XX-XX),(TIMEE=XX-XX); This command will print out the traffic recording
that you have initiated Figures in brackets are OPTIONAL.

1 = INFORMATION PRINTED OUT IN AN HOURLY FORMAT AND BUSY HOUR PRINTED
2 = INFORMATION PRINTED OUT IN AN 1/4 HOURLY FORMAT AND BUSY HOUR PRINTED.
3 = BUSY HOUR ONLY PRINTED

TIME TIME OF RECORDING

CORGC The number of answered calls to a group of origin.


HCORGC The handling time (in seconds), which means the time from the moment a call to a group of origin is answered to the moment the handling procedure is completed.


OPC The number of answered calls sent to an individual PABX operator.


HOPC The handling time (in seconds) for calls to an individual PABX operator


DLYOPC The time of delay (stated in seconds), which means the time from the moment a call to a PABX operator is detected, (queued) to the moment it is answered by the PABX operator. Delay time = queue time plus response time, see also RESPT. The value of DLYOPC is rounded off downwards to the nearest ten.


REC The number of answered recalls.


HREC The handling time (in seconds) for recalls.


DLYREC The time of delay (in seconds) for recall. See also DLYOPC. The value of DLYREC is rounded off downwards to the nearest 10.


OPIC The number of calls initiated by a PABX operator.


HOPIC The handling time (in seconds) of operator- initiated calls, from the moment the call is initiated to the moment the handling procedure is completed. The value of HOPIC is rounded off downwards to the nearest ten.


ABND The number of abandoned calls to a PABX operator.


WABND Waiting Time for Abandoned Calls. The waiting time (in seconds) for abandoned calls, i.e. the time from the moment the call is detected(placed in queue) until the moment it disappears without being attended to. The value of WABND is rounded off downwards to the nearest ten.


ABNDREC The number of abandoned recalls for an individual PABX operator.


WABNDREC The waiting time (in seconds) for abandoned recalls. The value of WABNDREC is rounded off downwards to the nearest ten.


RESPT The total response time for all calls. The response time (in seconds) for each call is
recorded from the moment the call is displayed on the PABX operator console to the moment it is answered. Queue time is not included in response time. See also DLYOPC.
