How can I get the value of autotuned kernel variables?

by  pcunix  Posted    (Edited  )
From http://pcunix.com/SCOFAQ/scotec6.html#autotune :

Many kernel variables now "autotune" up to the maximum values set in /etc/conf/cf.d/mtune. If you need to know what value (for example) NPROC currently is, you can get that from
"sar" or sysdef. But not all variables are shown there; to get them all, use:

echo v | crash
