connect the MOH Input to the correct pins (see the correct wiring pinouts on bottom of FAQ Page) and turn on the music.

Feature * * 2 6 6 3 4 4 >> System Programming >> Feature Settings >>On Hold: (Set to music)

call into the Phone system from a outside line (MOH is not available on intercom calls)

adjust the volume to desired level

hang up, MOH is setup

To also setup Background Music

Feature * * 2 6 6 3 4 4 >> System Programming >> Feature Settings >> Background Music: (Set to Y)

Turn on BGM on a telephone set (Feature 8 6) and adjust the volume by using the telephone volume bar, NOT the music source volume adjustment.
