Notes:
Software modular DR5 or compact DR5 required
Only for modular trunks on KSU not TM
Cables to ksu/external lines less than 25 meters long

Two models of CII (upper right corner of cover)
MB Modular DR5, Centrex or Compact DR5
C6 6 line design for use with Compact DDR5

Bridge tap from KSU side of lightning protectors
25 pair amphenol connector
tab pair trunk pair
1 1 white/blue
2 2 white/orange
3 3 white/green
4 4 white/brown
5 5 white/slate
6 6 red/blue
7 7 red/orange
