Changing IP address of NAM and Infocus

TO REASSIGN TCP/IP ADDRESS OF NAM

At Main screen:
Go to OS2/Window
At c:\ prompt type tcpcfg
At TCP/IP Configuration screen change IP address
Close window (from top left icon)
Save
At Prompt ôAutostarting Mail? Enter No
At c:\ exit


For Infocus:
At Main menu:
Go to Window List
ACDMASTER
Configuration
Infocus Status Display
Change IP address in field
Save
Exit

Set new NAM IP address at Infocus server
Reboot NAM
Reboot Infocus server
