Fix Terminal Services or Remote Desktop Name resolution

The use of Netbios names under XP can be problematic at times when using Remote Desktop or Terminal Services.

To fix the problem requires a small registry change. I recommend making the change on any workstation on which you enable TS or Remote Desktop as client or host. It simplifies the often baffling job of using these services under XP:
