I hate Personalized Menu's. With a passion I might add. So I went on a hunt for unhiding my menu's.
Unhide the Start Menu:
Go to Start-->Settings-->Taskbar & Start Menu
Unselect "Use Personalized Menus".
Unhide MS Office:
Open MS Word
Go to Tools-->Customize-->Options Tab
Uncheck "Menus show recently used commands first"
Unhide Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced Tab
Uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
Finally, configure a Global Setting to be applied throughout the entire OS:
Go to Start-->Run and type "gpedit.msc" then OK
Navigate to User Configuration-->Administrative Templates-->
Start Menu & Taskbar
In the right pane, DoubleClick "Disable Personalized Menus"
Select "Enable" which will disable the personalized menus.
