How to run a program with different rights than the logged in user

Activate the "schedule" service, set it to log on with the system account (and interact with the desktop, if needed) or log on to a different account such as an admin account on the domain. Then from anywhere you can use the AT command with a machine name in this format

AT \\COMPUTERNAME 10:00a /every:M,T,W,Th,F,S,Su /interactive "\\server\share\dir\RUNFILE.BAT"

where "runfile.bat" represents any command you need to run. I use a 2 batch file combination to send the AT command to each machine on my network when needed.
