Background and Project Vision (Project Sponsor)

Introductions, including each person's stake/interest in the project (round robin)

Project High level timeline, staffing, and budget (as appropriate) (Project sponsor or PM)

Risk roundtable - each person states what he/she perceives as the greatest risk to the project.

Project communication - meeting schedule, status reports, etc. (Project Manager)

Summary - open issues and takeaways. (Project Manager)
