1) [color green]Open[/color] Excel
2) [color green]Open[/color] the file that contains the VBA Project to protect
3) [color green]Press[/color] [color red]ALT+F11[/color] to open the Visual Basic Editor
4) [color green]Press[/color] [color red]Ctrl+R[/color] if the Project Explorer isn't displayed
5) [color green]Right-Click[/color] on the any item in project to protect
6) [color green]Select[/color] the [color gray]VBA Properties...[/color] menu item
7) [color green]Select[/color] the [color gray]Protection[/color] tab
8) [color green]Click[/color] the [color gray]Lock project for viewing[/color] checkbox
9) [color green]Enter[/color] your password
10) [color green]Confirm[/color] your password by entering it again
11) [color green]Click[/color] the [color gray]OK[/color] button
