Gray Box When Running Reports

Sometimes the micros report service fails.

1. Open command prompt as administrator and run the command: iisreset
2. Open services and restart the following:
1. MICROS Remoting Service
2. MICROS MDS HTTP Service
3. Open task manager and kill the task ReportExporter if it is running.


If this fails, you will need to reboot the computer.

If issue persists after reboot, please escalate the issue.
