A code 9 errors typically means that there is a permissions error with a custom stored procedure in use by the report; this error can also indicate that the store procedure is not the same version of the procedure expected by the report.

[li]Open Sybase (start -> run -> scjview)[/li]
[li]Log in as the DBA user.[/li]
[li]Double click on Procedures & Functions[/li]
[li]Locate the stored procedure in use by the report[/li]
[li]Right click, and select properties[/li]
[li]On the permission tab, click Grant[/li]
[li]Select report user (or all users if you don't mind) from the list and click ok.[/li]
[li]Click ok.[/li]
[li]Disconnect from Sybase.[/li]
