Reports are showing that BusyBox is not defined when running

by  Moregelen  Posted    (Edited  )
This is a result of Static Content not being enabled for IIS; when static content is not enabled for IIS, files such as images, html files, js files, etc are not properly served. The BusyBox is defined in a javascript file located in :\Micros\Common\ReportViewer\RptViewer.js

To fix this issue enable Static Content:

[ul]
[li]Open control panel[/li]
[li]Go to programs and features (or add/remove programs)[/li]
[li]Click turn windows features on/off[/li]
[li]Navigate to Internet Information Services > World wide web services > common http features[/li]
[/ul]
