This is a pdf file compiled from notes & solutions to implementation problems that arose while I was an Avaya implementor (I've just retired). It contains a lot explainations of how to program oddball things like second night keys, as well as explainations of things such as ARS, call center functions, etc. Be warned that some of the programming solutions can be minefields & may not be applicable to all releases. However, you may find the solution to a nagging program in there or it may give you an idea.

Note: I can't guarantee the accuracy of everything you find in there. Some of the workarounds may have some unexpected implications in some circumstances or configurations, so make sure you test them out thorougly in your own particular aplication.
