Before any troubleshooting, make sure you have the latest fimrware on the board.

Applicable to hardware vintage 11 and 12.
Symptoms:
3 pings in 10-15 sec time frame from a TN799 C-LAN to the IP Media Proc must fail.
IP Media Proc Transmit and/or recieve LEDs must be off.
One way talk paths.

A. busy board NNNN
B. status board NNNN to determine traffic level
C. disable board in ip-interfaces form (i.e., change "y" to "n" in left-most column of the ip-interfaces form)
D. reset board NNNN
E. enable board in ip-interfaces form (i.e., change "n" to "y" in left-most column of the ip-interfaces form)
F. release board NNNN
