Activating Call Forwarding

Using Call Forwarding (CF)
Look for [color red]Call Forwarding Activation[/color] on the 10th line of page 1 of the Feature Access Code Listing (command = disp fea). There will be 3 entries on that line, one for [color red]Busy/DA:[/color], one for [color red]All:[/color], and one for [color red]Deactivation:[/color]. Take note of each one.

The procedure is slightly different for stations that have Console Permissions, than the one for those that don't. Console Permissions is controlled by Class of Service (COS). First, check the COS for the station (command = disp station nnnn). Next, check the COS to see if Console Permissions is set to "y" (command = disp COS).

To forward all calls on station 1234 with Console Permissions, to station 5678:

To forward all calls on a station that doesn't have Console Permissions:

To deactivate CF on a station with Console Permissions:
[li]dial the FAC for [color red]Deactivation:[/color][li]wait for dialtone [li]dial the number of the station that was forwarded][li]wait for dialtone [li]dial the number of the station that was forwarded "to" [li]wait for confirmation tone (stutter dialtone) [li]make a test call from another station [/li]

To deactivate CF on a station without Console permissions:
