Microsoft Publisher is a great tool when used properly. Unfortunately, Microsoft added a website publishing feature to Publisher as an afterthought. The output that Publisher produces for web sites has more problems than it solves. I started using Publisher for my sites a number of years ago, an found it to be the biggest hindrance in producing a site.

If you are thinking of producing a website, use a program like Microsoft's FrontPage, or check the Internet for free tools.
