How do you make sure that you don't overwrite a previous file when using it to make a new file?

1. create a "new" document in wordperfect
2. Click "insert" and "file"
3. Choose the file you want to use information from
from the file list.
4. Now when you save it, it won't have the name from the
previous file, it will be a "new document" until you
give it a new name. No More Mistakes of overwriting an
old file with your new file.
