IE 5 REPAIR WIZARD:

The Internet Explorer Repair Wizard basically Re-Installs Internet Explorer, fixing many problems you may be having. Not only does it fix Internet Explorer problems, but can also fix problems with Explore.exe, since in Win98, they share many of the same files.

Click on START,
Go to SETTINGS
Go to CONTROL PANEL
Double click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
Scroll down the list until you find MICROSOFT INTERNET
EXPLORER AND INTERNET TOOLS
Click the ADD/REMOVE button
Choose REPAIR INTERNET EXPLORER. if you don't have this choice, upgrade to ie 5.5 or higher.
Once the repair process is complete, reboot.
