View source button is disabled - Why?

I've been having problems with trying to view source while surfing online. The View Source button is disabled and if the Click on View > Source nothing happens. In order to view the source code, I'd have to first save it to my hard drive... then I could view the code.

Also, when I wanted to save a picture, the only option I had was to save it as a Bitmap (*.bmp) and couldn't save them as *.jpgs or *.gifs.

Solution:
Clear the cache (Internet Options) and remove un-necessary cookies.
