1) Start by doing a disk copy of Internal disk to a Compact Flash disk and make a directory on the CF disk, call it Internal for example.

If you installed programs to your CF Flash disk, you now have the programs on the CF disk PLUS the internal memory copied onto the same disk.

If you have storage space on the Internet, upload the contents of the disk there, if you have another CF flash, duplicate from one to the other. OR if you have no extra programs on the CF disk, just remove it and put it in a safe place.

This is far faster than linking to a PC and using PSIWIN.
