If you are having suddenly this kind of problem while in networking.Be cool and follow either of two steps

1. Restart the system and check again
if not then
2. Right click Network NeighbourHood and remove File and print services re install once again check LM ANNOUCE to yes
restart. I am sure this will work fine
Unless u r not having some files missing or Adapter malfunctioning so check those areas also
