How do I setup the Alerter to use SMTP Authentication?

1. Install SMTP from IIS.
2. Run IIS Admin.
3. Configure the Virtual SMTP to only allow relaying from the IP Addresses that need to send from this server.
4. Configure a "Smart Host" to use the SMTP server that requires authentication.
5. Configure the username and password that is required for the "Smart Host"
6. You can test the new SMTP settings by using BLAT.
7. Configure the Alerter SMTP settings to use the local SMTP server.
