The following are a mirror ftp site for ftp.software.ibm.com:

ftp.rz.uni-karlsruhe.de ( Germany)
ftp.wu-wien.ac.at ( Austria)
ftp.cac.psu.edu ( Pennsylvania)

Several months ago I was at one of the above ftp site since I was not able to get to ftp.software.ibm.com.
At the above ftp site I discovered some old ADSM/TSM Client code.
There are old ADSM/TSM Maintenance code.
The maintenance code does not contain any license files.
The license files are contain in the base code.
Installation of the maintence code without the present of the base code, the ADSM/TSM Server will run in a 'try and buy' mode.

With Firefox 3.6, an extra space added between slash and some folder name in FTP sites.
