How do I avoid having to acknowledge the ejct notification for the job to end?

The easiest way, if you are going to have someone change tapes daily, is to remove the "Eject on End" flag in the job definitions. When the person changes the tape, they can eject via BackupExec, or press the eject button on the drive.
