How do I remove ARCserve from my server?

1. Stop all ARCserve services and set them to manual.
2. Remove options and agents first:
a. For Image and Disaster Recovery options, Exchange and NT Client agents go to Start menu > Programs > <agent> > Uninstall
3. Uninstall BAOF
a. Go to the drive that the BAOF is installed on <drive letter>:\Ofa\Ofant.exe
b. Double-click on the Ofant.exe file > choose uninstall > reboot the computer
4. Uninstall Alert
a. Go to Services and stop the Cheyenne Alert Service > remove the Alert directory
b. Go into Regedt32 and delete the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /Software/Cheyenne/ALERT
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /System /CurrentControlSet /Services /Cheyenne Alert Notification Server
c. Once these keys have been removed, restart the machine
5. Remove the base product: go to Start menu > Programs > ARCserve > uninstall > Reboot the machine
6. Clean up directories, files and the registry
a. Look for and delete the following directories: OFA, OFAWIN, ARCserve
b. Look for and delete the following files: (you may need to remove read-only attributes first.) OFAWIN.INI, CHEYPROD.DLL, CSTOOL.DLL, ASBRDCST.DLL, CHEYSAQ.EXE, ASDSCSVC.EXE
c. Run REGEDT32 and delete the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /SOFTWARE /Cheyenne ATG /Open File Agent
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /SYSTEM /CurrentControlSet /Services /OFADriver
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /SYSTEM /CurrentControlSet /Services /OpenFileAgent
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /Software/Cheyenne/ALERT
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /System /CurrentControlSet /Services /Cheyenne Alert Notification Server
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /Software /ARCserveAgent
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /System /CurrentControlSet /Services /ClientAgentforARCserve
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/ARCserve
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/ASDBEngine
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/ASDiscoverySvc
