EC=5 not enough rights to complete this trasaction

This is NT security error
Follow the below steps to avoid this error
1) Open ARCserve server admin from START - Programs
2) Select ARCserve system account from Admin menu
Note down this user account
3) Open Local security policy from Administrative tools
4) Select user rights assignment
5) Assign the following rights to ARCserve ssytem account
A) Act as part of operating system
B) Logon as a service
6) Add the ARCserve system account to the following local/domain groups
A) Administrators
b) Backup operators
C) Domain Admins - Set as primary group ( if DC)
7) Share permissions for ARCserve folder
a) Share name is ARCserve$
b) ARCserve system account - Full control
c) Backup operators - change and Read
d) Every one - Read
e) Local Administrators - Full control
8) Restart ARCserve job engine or Logoff and Login

If any of these is missing, you get EC=5
