What to do if the RMC (ctrmr) does not work?

Environment:
AIX 5.2.0 ML01, rsct.core.rmc.2.3.1.0

To reinitialize the RMC (ctrmc) subsystem, run the following command:
/usr/sbin/rsct/install/bin/recfgct

If you get a message like ... /var/ct/cfg/clusters is missing, then just ignore it and let the recfgct to recreate it.

If you get a message that /var/ct/IW cannot be deleted, then delete it manually. This occures when the IW is a directory and it is expected to be a link. The recfgct will recreate this link.
