Cannot eject Dat tape from drive

To eject the tape you must shutdown and power off the server. Then power the server backup while holding the eject button down.

If you have a regular occourance of this problem then Dell will eventualy replace the drive.
(but you will have to wait 4 hours on the phone, reboot your live production server and run dell diag before they belive the problem is what you knew it was! %-( )
