The report queue in IWR Server Administration is backed up and must be cleared.
1. Open IWR Reports Administration and disable all reports
2. Open IWR Server Administration
- Beginning with the most recent report, delete each report from the queue.
- If the report(s) is still "in progress", you will not be able to remove it from the queue. Open Task Manager and end all instances of "impserver.exe". This will remove the report from the queue.
3. If Task Manager has not been opened, open it and end all instances of "impserver.exe".
4. Re-start these Componenet Services
- Impromptu Web COM Service (CER1)
- Impromptu Web Service Manager (CER1)
5. Try running a "good" report from Upfront. All should be well!
