TSO does not provide any explicit command to clear the screen. IBM do provide some assembler macros. These macros
can be used to clear the screen. You can ask your system administrator to use one of these these macros to create an EXEC.

The best way is to work is to use ISPF display diologs.
You can refer to the IBM book manager site below to learn how to use ISPF dialog boxes
