Place the following in the onChange of the Email field:

function checkemail(){
var testresults
var str=document.forms[0].Email.value
var filter=/^([\w-]+(?:\.[\w-]+)*)@((?:[\w-]+\.)*\w[\w-]{0,66})\.([a-z]{2,6}(?:\.[a-z]{2})?)$/i
if (filter.test(str))
testresults=true
else{
alert("Please input a valid email address!")
testresults=false
}
}
return checkemail()

NB. This will not check if the email is a valid email, only the format.
