Where do I find the latest data access files?

The top-most page on Microsoft's web site for data-access is:
http://www.microsoft.com/data/download.htm

From here, you can usually download the current release of their data components, plus one release back, plus the component checker which will tell you what release(s) you have on your (or a customer's) machine.
