1. Open your report in Design view
2. Click the "File" menu then click "Page Setup"
3. Click the "Page" TAB
4. Check "Use Specific Printer" at the bottom.
5. Click the "Printer..." button
6. Choose your Printer from the list
7. Click OK
8. Adjust Landscape or Portrait settings.
9. Click the Margins TAB and adjust if needed.
10. Click OK
11. Click "File" menu then Click "Save" <<<<< very important
Next time you print it should work fine

There is a bug in Access 200 which makes the default setting show up if you cancel a report before printing it.

SYMPTOMS
A Microsoft Access report suddenly is not formatted as expected. Upon checking the printer settings, you find that they have been reset to their default settings.
CAUSE
This can happen under certain conditions if the Name AutoCorrect feature is enabled.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
