Wow! Did I ever find a gold mine! Check this page out from Microsoft:

Just starting out in Visio and didn't even know these features existed - E-Z ways to create Web Site Maps, Database Diagrams, etc. Using these features Visio sends out "crawlers" to automatically generate a web site map, etc.!
