To minimize discovery time through multiple posts, please include the following information with each post:

-Crystal version information
-Database type, version, and connectivity used information

If the question concerns displaying or manipulating data, demonstrate the table layout, example data and expected output.

If the question concerns external code, supply the software type and version information, the code used, and any error messages exactly as they appear, and in their entirety.

Thank you for your cooperation, it makes everybody's life easier, and you'll likely be provided with a quick, accurate solution.
