When creating a report with multiple columns/rows from the same table you have to create an alias for each different set of data.

As you indicated, when requesting 3 variables in the same field of your table you will receive data from only one variable and zeros for the remaining 2. I found that if you add the table to the report again, CR will inform you that the table is already added and will create an alias for you. You then link that table to the others and create a formula linking that field to the alias table.
