You will get a quicker answer if you include the following information in your question:

1) The version of Crystal Reports you are using.
2) How your report connects to the data (ODBC or Direct)

If you are programming also include:
3) The version of VB (or other language) you are using.

4) The Integration method you are using:
1. OCX (Crystal32.ocx)
2. RDC (CraxDrt.dll/CraxDui.dll)
3. Automation Server (CPEAUT32.dll).
4. API

If this is a web related question also include:
5) Whether you are using ASP or the Web Component Server
