Note these settings work for my Broadworks/Broadsoft SIP Account (See Flowroute SIP trunks further down)
This setup is to not only show your CLID (Call ID) or Private on outbound calls but also the forwarding number if using FindMe/FollowMe or Forward All Calls so that the original calling number is displayed.
Broadworks:
IP Trunks/General/IP Trunk Settings:
Forward redirected OLI: set it to Last Redirect
SIP Account:
CLID Override - if blank your number shows as Private
If however you enter you phone number in the OLI feild instead then the CLID (name and number) according to your Carrier setup will show.
PAI CLID Override - You must enter your phone number so the carrier will allow the outbound call to procede.
If however you enter your phone number in the OLI feild under Sets instead then the call will procede.
But if using FM/FM the PAI CLID Override should have the phone number instead.
So best to have both PAI CLID Override and OLI programmed
Application DN's:
Note also when using FM/FM under Application DN's the OLI is not required either way.
In short:
Forward redirected OLI: set it to Last Redirect
Program your number only under Sets/OLI and PAI CLID Override

My settings on my US SIP account (Flowroute) are different from yours. I left the CLID Override and PAI CLID Override blank and all seems to work OK. I only put my OLI in the field under Sets for each DN, including the virtual terminals used by FMFM.
