Information relating to the NameTag Hunt Group:

The NameTag Hunt Group is designed to override the original dialling number and send the Hunt Groups details instead to any destination, phone / voicemail etc...

For example:

You dial a extension 1234, but on no answer goes to a NameTag Hunt Group 4321, which is the voicemail, this is then call fordwarded always to voicemail, the vociemail system will then put you into the vociemail box of 4321 and not 1234.

This is a simple alternative to using an ACD Path to override the original dialling digits.
