Exchange 2007 CAL Standard is for normal features.
Exchange 2007 CAL Enterprise is for orgs requiring additional features such as Unified Messaging.
If you purchase Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise, this does NOT mean you need Exchange Server 2007 Enterprise CALs.
